If goods are on such a location like 360=>351, goods can’t be allocated, can’t be moved…

The location does not really exist. It is an indication that goods are still in transit from a DO transaction that was not completed.

Where to find the DO number to check, resolve the issue? Go to MMS080.

I will show a record with order category (OCT) = 511 with status 66. Right next to it you can find the DO number and DO line.

MMS100 shows the DO in status 66 => DO receipt was not reported yet => solution is to report DO receipt.
