Issue:

A PO in status 15-15 is printed from PPS600 but the PO output is not received and PO status is not changed to 20.

Cause:

The cause for this is if you don't use the right values in PPS600/E or if the PO line status is less than 15. Sometimes during the PO creation if the session is abruptly ended, the PO lines may get stuck with status 06 in PPS201/B1 (See below screenshot). In this case, if you try to navigate to lines and change the line you may receive an error "Purchase Order XXXXXXXX is work in progress. User XXXXX". For PO document to be printed both PO and line status must be in status 15.

Resolution:

To fix this issue, navigate to PPS220 and enter the PO and line number which is in status 06. Next, enter the line in change mode and navigate through all the panels. After you navigate and exit all panels, the PO line now should be in status 15. Now this PO is allowed to print and the status will be updated to 20 after print.
