If an MO is locked, first check with the user from warning message, that he/she is not working in the MO,
before you use PMS140 to unlock.
Open PMS140, in this example MO was locked in status 22
Put focus on the blocked MO and related option select option 11
Hit OK + Next to confirm.
After that you can verify in PMS100 that status is reverted to Status 20
