Following document is explaining the steps needed for getting the pdf report into the mailbox for RGS655PF document. There are some steps than must be done into IDM and other steps in M3. This procedure is going to describe both the steps needed. | |

Go into IDM control Center and select the document type |

Select the document type where you have to apply the changes.
|
|

|
Once you selected the Document type, go into the Attributes tab. |
|
|
|
Press the “Plus” button in order to create a new attribute. |
|
|
|
New attribute with M3 Report display name has been created. Pay attention to the Name, in this case M3_Report, because this one is the one that must match in M3. |

|
|
If it is not already there the word template for RGS655PF needs to be uploaded into the Document type. Hence go into IDM, into the Search bar select the document type. |

Select M3 Layout |
|
|
|
Select Property and Attribute “Printer File” |
|
|
|
Equal toRGS655PF and push Search button |
|
|
|
If the document is there as result, nothing needs to be done, otherwise one more step is needed. |
|
|
|
In case not add the document that was previously downloaded into the local pc from M3 Layout Template (Infor Standard Document container) document type. |

|
Pick up the document type where you want to add the new document, and push create |
|
|
|
Last step is to upload the document and list the attributes like indicate above. |
|
Go into M3 now and call the program MNS060. Here select the document type that you just changed, in this sample M3_Layout |

And add the Attribute that you have created “M3_Report” and from the drop-down list select 70-RGS66PF value as showed into the img. |

|
Next step is to go into the RGS600 program, highlighting the report that you want to change, right click, and change. |
|

|
Into the Interface, make sure to select Xml |
|
|
|
This configuration needs to be applied to all the document type involved into the RGS655PF printing process. The priority list is into MSN216 program. |
