Problem:
A user is not able to change a Project to Closed (Successful)
A user is not able to change a Project to Closed (Successful)
Solution:
Projects in Nexa will automatically move to Closed (Successful) after being in the 'Customer Retention' phase for one calendar year. Users cannot manually move projects to Closed (Successful). They can move them to Closed (Unsuccessful) though.
If a project has been in Customer Retention phase for more than a year and has not been automatically closed, it is most likely because Customer Retention isn't selected as the CURRENT phase. The current phase is indicated with a white check mark inside the colored phase circle. Even if there is a phase date below.
Example: In this project the current phase is Concerns, even though the date for Customer Retention is after the date for Concerns.
If the phase check mark is in the wrong circle, then the user will need to edit the project and click the correct circle. One thing they will need to pay attention to while editing, is the phase date. Nexa will automatically put today's date in the phase when it's clicked. If this does happen, all the users needs to do is click the calendar in the phase date and select the correct date.
