As a result of the TITAN project we made some changes to the way that Sales Details are pulled into Nexa from the Global Sales file.
Two things to be aware of with Sales Details.
First is that in Nexa users with Author level access can ONLY see Sales Details where their M3 Sales Rep code is listed. You can check your M3 Sales Rep code in Nexa by going to the 'My Account' section. Then click on the System Settings tab. Your Sales Rep Code as it is entered in Nexa, will appear at the bottom of the Access Controls section. (see screenshots below). If your M3 Sales Rep Code is not correct, you will need to reach out to your Nexa Admin and ask them to update your User Profile. Note: users with Admin and Manager level access can see ALL sales details records for their BU(s).
Second is that Sales Details are pulled into Nexa from the Global Sales File post split. So the data you see in Nexa may not match M3 exactly.
The Data team has created two reports to view Global Sales File data that you can use to compare/confirm what you are seeing in Nexa:
