Step 1: Open a Web browser on your computer. In the address field, type the printer's IP address, then press Enter or Return.

Note: The IP address for the ITC office building - is 192.168.14.101, and for the production and warehouse building is 192.168.14.119

Step 2: Scroll down to access the Quick Links area and click Remote Control Panel.

To restrict other users from accessing the device control panel when you are connected remotely to the device, click Block device control panel (local user can only observe) and the Start Remote Session

Note: If a local user attempts to access the control panel while the device control panel is locked, the control panel does not respond. A message appears on the control panel, confirming that the control panel is locked and the device is being controlled remotely.
