Problem

Users are no longer able to see Sample, Free of Charge, and/or Lab and CLS Briefing requests in the Navigation Bar of Nexa

Background

Previously, all request types were located under the Requests menu on the Navigation Bar in Nexa. With the changes to Sample and Free of Charge Request as part of TITAN, we've split out the Sample and Free-of-Charge Requests section from the Lab and CLS Requests section. As a result, you may not see them in your navigation menu when you login to Nexa.

Solution

To add Sample/FOC and/or Lab/CLS Briefings to the Navigation Menu in Nexa

• Click on the Customize Menu button located in the upper right-hand corner of Nexa. 

• Scroll down to the bottom of the pop up to the 'Disabled Navigation Items' section 
• There will be two entries, one for the Sample/FOC requests and another for Lab/CLS requests

• Click the 'Enable' button next to the menu item(s) that you want to see 
• Click the 'Save button' 
• After the modal (popup) closes, click Refresh on your browser.
