This is a guide for use to troubleshoot some common issue that can be manage themselves.

| Too many decimals appearing on COA | COA | Display format on Specification not set. |
| Data Set Not Found when testing a sample | Test/dataset | Sampling Plan Count is Zero |
| Item not reporting on COA | COA | Verify Report is selected within Specification |
| When trying to launch the COA you get a "We can't open the file" error | COA | Need to look at signature and image files within the report. |
| No Skip Lot Results on COA | COA | Check spec to verify marked as report |
| Was it tested on the sample | ||
| Check product variant rule | ||

| Version Mismatch | ||
| Spec version mismatch. If you have made updates to a spec with annual (etc) testing, you will need to create another "dummy" sample. For the system to use moving forward. | ||
| COA Error " No completed and reportable data found" | COA | That batch has no samples |
| No spec on Sampling plan / Selected on sampling plan | ||
| Completed all the tests and appoved the batch. Not found in batches pending release | Sample Processing | Retain not stored |
| if you enter results and it does not change color…. | Test/dataset | No/Wrong spec limit in place, so nothing to compare it to. |
| Spec Limit and Limit Label not appearing on sample | Sample Processing | Verify the parameter lists have the same data type as the specification |
| Verify versions of the parameter list. | ||
| Verify the test method | ||
| If a Parameter list is in your department, but does not appear on the departmental sort | Filtering | The Testing lab may not be indicated on the parameter list. Add it, save. Refresh. |
| If you add a test to everything and its still doesn’t work | Test/dataset | Check verion of Samplin plan in Product Variant…should be current |
| Test does not show up in sample (and hence not show up in CoA) | Test/dataset | check sampling plan |
