ISSUES: 

1. Can't view GIF images sent to you in a team message and instead see a link like this below

2. Sending GIF images through team messages is not possible.

RESOLUTION:

Follow these steps to enable "Optional connected experiences" in Microsoft Teams settings:

Step 1 & 2: Click on the Three Dots beside your profile then select Settings

Step 3 & 4: Select "Privacy" then enable "Optional connected experiences"
