This article describes the Power BI solution used to generate certificates of analysis for Singapore.

The solution is intended to support the creation of a certificate of analysis documents by pulling the necessary data from Labvantage Prod and M3 cloud data.

For this,  the report uses 2 connections:

• Connection to the Production Labvantage database (used to pull COA details)
• Connection to M3 cloud data database (used to pull lot number information using the item number and invoice number)

Please note that the M3 Cloud has a delay of 30 minutes.

The report requires 4 inputs to be executed:

• Type the Division and press "Enter" (for example "A01")
• Type the invoice number and press "Enter" (for example 002550504)
• Type the Shipping remarks, if any.
• After selecting all the values, you need to click on View report on the right corner.

Please note that you will be able to generate the report if and only if there are lots and batches on this invoice.

Once the output is generated you can export to a PDF file by clicking on Export and then PDF (.pdf) 

The pdf version of the certificate will be downloaded to the \Downloads folder on your computer.
