Completely close Evolution on the specific PC where this problem occurs on (not just minimized!)
Step 1:
Open the PC’s Registry by going to Start | Run or press Windows + R then type Regedit or
Step 2: In the Registry Editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softline\Evolution\Agents\*XXX*
*XXX* above depends on the specific relevant agent name that encounters the
problem on that specific PC.
For example
Step 3: Right-click on the *XXX* object on the left and delete it

Step 4: In the Registry Editor, go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sage\Evolution\Agents\*XXX*
Step 5: Repeat step 4 above.
Step 6: Log back into the company with the same agent on that same PC and test if the above error has now been resolved.
