Issue: Unable install language pack due to error code

Solution:

1. Start – run – type gpedit.msc to access local group policy

2. Browse to Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - System - Set enable and tick download repair content and optional feature directly .. as per below print screen

3. Browse to Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Windows Components - Windows Update - below settings set to Not Configured

4. Stop and Start Windows Update Service – it may requires stop and start windows updates service for few times.

5. Start download language pack again.
