Issue: User need to change status of below material from status 3 to status 2 as they want to reject the material partially. Item: RM00084, lot: 2404101671, location: RMREJ

Solution: First check if related PO(e.g.1530792) is fully rejected(e.g. full qty is16500) by QC before? If that is the case, we can't reclassify the status anymore. We will need to complete the PO claim process in PPS390 to kick out the inventory and then raise a new PO to receive in the inventory required. User need to be inform on this process.
