While it is not currently possible to automatically send a Call Plan from Nexa to Outlook Calendar, there is a work around. 


Here is how to send a Call Plan from Nexa to Outlook: 
  1. Create a Call Plan in Nexa or go to an existing Call Plan record
    1. It is helpful if type something in the 'Call Plan Name' field to help identify the Call Plan
  2. On the Call Plan record click the 'Email' button in the upper left
  3. An Outlook email window will pop up with the Call Plan information
    1. If you used the 'Call Plan Name' field, that will appear in the Subject line along with the start date of the Call Plan 
  4. Make sure your name is in the To: field on the email then click Send
  5. Go to your email box and open the email you just sent to yourself
  6. On the email, click the three ellipsis in the upper right corner
  7. Click 'Meeting'
  8. An Outlook Meeting window will pop up. 
    1. The title will automatically show the Call Plan Name and the start Date of the Call Plan

    2. The Call Plan info will be added to the body of the meeting, below the Teams information

    3. Set the date, time, location to match the Call Plan info

    4. Add the names of people that you want to send the meeting invite to in the Required field or the Optional field

    5. Add any other additional information desired to the Meeting and then click Send.
