The KN BlueSheet Template is managed by a specific group of people (the KN BS Template Owners) in library KN BlueSheet Template Library.

To give or remove business users from having access to the Template librarey, they have to be added or removed from the KN BS Template Owners group.
- Only IT members from this group [BS Site ACCESS Owners (M-accounts)] can provide the above access

Instructions for the KN BS Template owner:
Go To library KN BlueSheet Template Library.
The library can contain document in one of these 3 statuses:
The library can contain document in one of these 3 statuses:
- "COMPLETED" is the current active template ==> There should only be 1!
- "retired" are the older templates (can be multiple)
- "Under Construction" is the template currently under re-design ==> There should only be 1!
To start a new template, you have to make a copy of the document currently in status "COMPLETED"
Use "Copy to" from the 3 dots menu!
Use "Copy to" from the 3 dots menu!
and save the copy in the same library
Select "Keep Both"
Then Rename - using the current date (not 240131)
AND change the status to "Under Construction".
Once a new template is ready,
- set the MaintStatus of the current one to "retired",
- the new one to COMPLETED
- and create a helpdesk ticket to request having it replaced in the KN BlueSheets MAINTENANCE library.
