1. Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at top right of screen.) then click on Settings.

2. Navigate to the Privacy and Security area then click Site Settings.

3. Under "Contents", expand the Additional Content Settings area.

4. Click the PDF Documents option to expand it.

5. Click on Downlaod PDFs to prevent Google Chrome from opening PDF files after downloaded.
