If you are not able to find a Company the index or in a drop down, it may be because the Company is 'Inactive'. Inactive Companies are automatically excluded from the default index view and all drop downs across Nexa.

A customer record becomes inactive in Nexa when the status in M3 is changed to inactive.

To find out if a Company is Inactive, you can look up the Company in the Companies index.

  1. In Nexa, click on 'Companies' in the Navigation menu. Then click 'View Companies'
  2. The default view in the Companies index filters out Inactive Companies, so you will need to adjust the filter first
  3. Click on the Filter icon. This will open the Filter Builder modal
  4. In the Filter Builder, remove the row that reads 'Is Inactive Equals No' and then click 'OK'
  5. Now type at least part of the name of the company you are looking for into the search at the top of the Company Name column. Nexa will search for partial names too so if you are unsure of spelling you can try part of the name
  6. Once you have found the Company in the index, click the eye icon to the left of the row to open the record.
  7. If the Company is Inactive you will see a 'Reactivate' button on the upper right
