In order to request access to the Power BI semantic model and app, users must provide following details:

- Full name

- Email address

- Labvantage department id the want to have access to.

In Labvantage, M3 facilities are grouped into departments. Users should specify which Labvantage department they want to have access to.

- Authorization of their manager

Once these information are available, the IT support team will proceed as follows:

- add the active directory user account to the AD security group "WW – BI LV QAQC RLS"

- Escalate the ticket the Tier 3 Enterprise Data management team and assign it to Blessy Jebaraj or Jagan Mani.

This will complete the setup process.
