After logging in to Prisym you have to go into the Entity Store and select data->Products->KProduct Variant open the table.

Select Data Export and export into the Excel file.

We need to clean the Excel file using the replace function.

Select the product column and Replace the / with blank. 

This will remove everything up to and including the last slash (/). It is being replaced with a blank.
