Log in to your division where you have to generate calendar. 

Open CRS900. Click the Actions menu then Settings. 

This will take you to CRS900/P. Click the Actions menu then Gen Calendar. 

This will take you to CRS905A. Calendar needs to be set up properly. 

Fr year needs to be four years in the past. 

To year needs to be 10 years in the future. 

All days need to be selected for Prod day 

Weekdays (M – F) should be selected for Banking dy, Goods rec dy and Delivery dy. 

Adjust days pmt for Sat. should be -1 and Sun. should be 1 

For Sat. it is set to -1 so the adjusted payment date is the prior Friday. 

For Sun. it is set to 1 so the adjusted day is the next Monday. 

Adjust days due for Sat. should be – and Sun. should be 1. 

Same parameters as above. 

After the calendar is set up properly, click the Actions menu, then Str generation. 

India: 

Saturday is a Delivery Day in India. Hence it should be selected for all India Divisions.
