Issue:

MS Team Error on Smartphone: "Notifications aren't working correctly because the background activity is restricted. Change settings"

Fix:

1. Navigate to Settings and select Apps.

2. Then tap Teams and go to Manage battery usage.

3. Toggle on Allow Background Activity. teams app allow background activity

4. Close the app and then launch it again. Check if the alert went away.
