Issue: We need to generate a activities report for ION based on a date range

Solution: With a date range, we can generate ION Pulse User Actions Report in ION Desk as below

1. Go to ION Desk, under "Monitors & Workflows", enter the "Date Range from" and "Date Range to". Click on Search, all the ION activities within this date range should appear. Click on "Generate Report"

2. Go to ION Desk and then "Reports", select the report then click download sign

3. The report will appear as below
