Issue: The auditor is asking for CO Credit Release details for certain CO released using ION workflow

Solution: With the CO number, we can find out the details in ION Desk below

1. Go to ION Desk and then OneView, enter the CO number, make sure the "Date and Time Range" filter is set to "All" and "Document Name" filter is empty. Click on "Search" and result should appear below

2. Click on the result in Step 1, we will see many result from on the left hand side. Click on each grey boxes, then the document sign until we see a record with "Workflow Id". Click on the Workflow Id". in the example below, it is 2440783

3. Click on 2440783 in the Step 2 will bring us to screen below, tick the box in front and then click on "Task/Notifications"

4. Click on the ID for Task, in the example below it is 413189 and the details screen will show up.

5. Here we can locate the information required for CO Release Release.
