After login Go to filter option based on th erequirment You need to whitlist emial Or block, Check the status of th email to take action 

You can also use Serch option to find email in perticular 

You can select email  you want to white list and click on Allow List and deliver option to deliver the perticulat email to your inbox.

Within 5 min you will receive the unblocked email to your Mail Box
