This document will explain the procedure for configuring Copyright Statement phrases to automatically update the year.

1. The initial consideration pertains to the date that will be utilized to populate the year in the Copyright phrases.

1.1 The Manufacturing Date is presently the most suitable choice, as it adheres to the YYYY date format.

1.2 Ensure that the Manufacturing Date field is filled out in your KSampleUnattendedPrint record for all your products.

1.2.1. This step will guarantee that the date is available in your “job variables."

1.3 Configure parameters in configuration table.

1.3.1  In the configuration panel in the and in the parameters column, find the key for your phrase.

1.3.2 Click the field in the Parameters column. The Schema window will open. Click the Configure tab. 

1.3.3 In the “Based on another schema” section, , click the button to select schema.

1.3.4 The schema to select is the same as the schema in our label, KUnattendedPrint.

1.3.5 Selecting the schema adds it to the form.
