The Phish Alert Button is available when clicking on the  button within an email.

 

To report an email with the PAB icon in Outlook on the Web, follow the steps below:

  1. Login to Outlook on the web.
  2. Select or open the email that you would like to report.
  3. Click the button at the top-right corner of the page.

 

 4. In the pop-up window that opens, click Phish Alert icon.

 

 

5. When the pop-up window appears, choose whether to report the email as Phish/Suspicious or Spam.  Then, click the Phish Alert button to report the email. If you decide not to report the email, you can click anywhere off that screen to close the window.





6. After you click Phish Alert, a message will display that congratulates you for reporting the email. To close this message, click OK.

 

 

 

Note: When you report an email with the PAB, the email will be forwarded to the Kemin IT Security Team and deleted from your inbox. If you reported the email by mistake, you can recover the email from your Trash folder or your Deleted Items.
