Issue: When user is creating PO claim manually and requisition order(MMS100) is not created automatically, user could not proceed with PO claim process.

Solution: In PPS390, right click the PO claim and select "Requisition order", MMS100 screen will appear, manually create the missing requisition order will solve this issue, and the PO claim process will be completed.
