Kindly follow below step to export all the setting and data in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Quick Access Toolbar


Step 1. Open up Microsoft Word, Excel or Power Point on your laptop


Step 2. Select File --> Options --> Quick Access Toolbar



Step 3. Look for the Import/Export Toolbar on the bottom right of the Option Box

Step 4. Click on "Import/Export" tab and select "Export all customizations"

Step 5. Select a location to save the Quick Access Toolbar file in order for you to use it at another time.



Step 6. A file will create and save in the location you specific.
