Products must meet certain criteria to be displayed in Nexa. Values will only display in Nexa if Product Group is not 600 or 800; Item Number does not start with a Q, S, M, Y, or TEMP; Sales Item value is 0, 1, or 2; and Configuration Code is 2.

If a product meets all of the requirements but is still not visible, it may be the facility. Nexa uses the facility of a product to determine which BUs will see the product. The facility is not something that can be changed in Nexa or by tier 3.
