Issues : Mouse cursor behave like malfunction and simply highlight all the detail in a webpage or document when user move the mouse

This issues happen when user accidentally enable the "ClickLock" function in Mouse Properties.

What is ClickLock features on a mouse ?

ClickLock enables user to highlight or drag without holding down the mouse button. To set it, briefly press the mouse button. To release it, click the mouse button again.

How to disable ClickLock in mouse properties ?

1. Go to Control Panel

2. Look for Mouse in Control Panel

3. In the Mouse Properties, look for ClickLock features at the bottom

4.Untick "Turn On ClickLock" to disable ClickLock features then click "Apply" and "OK" 

5.ClickLock features disable and mouse cursor movement will back to normal.

**If ClickLock features had turned off but mouse cursor still behave like malfunction or sensitive, then you might need to check on the mouse itself.
