1. Download the Microsoft Authenticator app from the app store or google play store on your cell phone.
   (make sure you download the one with this icon)

2. After the App is downloaded on the cell phone, sign onto your computer and open a web browser ( chrome or edge) and type in Https://aka.ms/mfasetup and hit enter
3. You will see a screen on the computer that says Kemin Industries and “more information required” 
4. Click “ next” on the computer screen. You may need to enter your Kemin password and click "sign in" then hit " next". 
5. From the app on your phone, open it, agree to the terms, then click add work or school account.(*** from the iPhone, click skip on the top right of the phone screen then click on the white + icon on the top right and choose work or school account **) Once you choose that, you should get prompted to sign or scan QR code. Click on “ Scan QR code” from the app
6. From the computer, click next until you get to a screen with a QR code. 
7. Scan the code from the app on your phone ( you will need to allow access to the camera from the app)
8. Once you scan it from your phone, click “next” on the computer. 
9. You will see an approve or deny sign in request on the app and click “ approve”
10. Click “next” on the computer until you get to a “success” screen and click “ done”. You are now done with the computer part.
11. From the app, click on your name, then on the next screen choose “ enable phone sign in “ or “set up phone sign in” 
12. Click “continue” from the app and then enter your kemin password. 
13. The next screen on the app should have you click “ register”. Click that, then the app will spin a bit and then take you back to the home screen of the app or prompt you to click “finish” from the app

Once all these steps have been taken, you are set up and synced for MFA.
