It is not uncommon to upgrade your Smart Phone. Since we use that to access the Microsoft Authenticator app, you will need to walk through the steps to update your account with a new Microsoft Authenticator app. Your account can only be registered to one device with the Microsoft Authenticator app.
To change the device that is registered with your Microsoft Authenticator, follow these steps.
On your Kemin laptop, browse to https://aka.ms/mfasetup
Sign in with your Kemin account if prompted.
Find the Microsoft Authenticator in your list of sign-in methods and Delete your old Smart Phone.
Make sure you have downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator app on your new Smart Phone.
Then, click Set up Authenticator app and scan the QR code on your new Smart Phone.
