1. In the Microsoft Power Automate, select My flows. Click on add "New Flow", select Scheduled cloud flow as the blank template to start.

2. Fill in the Flow name, starting date and time, and the repetency of the flow. Click on Create to start editing the flow.

    The sample below would show this flow setup in monthly basis.

3. Set the Time zone on the Recurrence, and click New step to continue the Flow.

4. Find Power BI related action in the operation search bar, select Refresh a dataset in the Actions list.

5. Select your Workspace and Dataset from the list.

6. Click Save to complete the setup.

7. The flow is ready to go, click on Test to run the flow.

8. Test the flow manually, and click Run flow to start the testing, when there is no error occur, click Done to close the testing.
