Searching Batches by Business Unit

Selecting Business Unit

  1. Click on the query selector (red arrow)
  2. Select the Business Unit from the drop down – Note: Selecting “KN” or “KFT” in this case will also return batches with products assigned to “KN/KFT”
  3. Click the Search Button (green arrow)

 

Selecting a different Business Unit than already selected

  1. Click the input button (red arrow)
  2. Select the Business Unit from the drop down
  3. Click the Search Button (green arrow)

The steps are the same as when working with batches.

  1. Click on the query selector (red arrow)
  2. Select the Business Unit from the drop down – Note: Selecting “KN” or “KFT” in this case will also return batches with products assigned to “KN/KFT”
  3. Click the Search Button (green arrow)

Product Configuration with Business Units

Product List Page

There is a new column in the product list page table labeled Business Unit.

 

Product View Page

There is a new field in the Lifecycle area of the Product information

 

Product Maintenance Page

When the product is editable (in Provisional status), you will see a drop down to select the appropriate BU.  If you need to enter a new BU (example: KANA/KN), you can type it and it will be available as a selection next time.
