BACKGROUND:

User reported that his label printer only produces blank pages & that the label printer was working before. In KAA, we have three Epson GP-C830 label printers: SG_A_SLB1, SG_A_SLB2 & SG_A_SLB3.

ROOT CAUSE:

Two potential causes of blank page printouts: low ink or print setting issue, i.e. wrong media type selected.

SOLUTION:

1. For low ink, change the ink.

2. For printer setting issue, ensure that the Media Type selected is Synthetic Label.
