#Method 1 : Using Windows Security [Ctrl + Alt + Delete]

  1. Make sure your internet is connected to Kemin Network via barracuda VPN or Kemin Office Internet.
  2. Press on [Ctrl + Alt + Delete] keys all at once/together. This will open Windows security options.
  3. Here click on ‘Change a Password’.
  4. Now you should be able to change your password

#Method 2 : Kemin Self Service Portal [for employee in Office or with active VPN connection] (Under Review) 

  1. Our Kemin has a self-service portal where you will be able to change your password with ease.
  2. Just visit this link https://selfservice.kemin.com/
  3. Entry for Domain\username: ki\username (ex: ki\gowthamm) (Note: username is not email ID)
  4. Fill out the other details to change your password.

Please do not use an easy-to-remember password, instead Make a complex password and later make sure to remember the PASSWORD in an easier way.

KEMIN Password Policy:

  • Password must be a minimum of 16 characters and meet the following criteria 
  • Must use at least one CAPITAL letter and one SPECIAL CHARACTER (like !,@.#,%,&,*, and so on)
  • Cannot repeat any of your previous 4 passwords 
  • Must be at least 60 days old before changing 
  • Cannot contain 3 consecutive identical characters (ex: 111 or aaa) 
  • Cannot contain your username 
  • Cannot contain “Kemin” or any variation of the word (ex: k3m1n)
  • Cannot contain “Password” or any variation of the word (ex: p@ssw0rd) 
  • Cannot contain any part of your full name (first, middle initial, or last names longer than 3 characters) 
  •  Password must be changed within every 180 days.
