issues:

• When selecting 'Save as" Acrobat Reader freezes 
• A black overlay appears but nothing happens

How to fix:

1. Open Adobe Acrobat Reader

2. Select Edit and then Preferences

3. Under General uncheck the option 'Show online storage when opening files'

4. Hit OK and try again (if it still doesn't work close Arcrobat Reader and try again)
