This is a task that is managed by the KI HR group.

1) Contact Steve Smith and request he remove the person from iCIMS.  In the event Steve Smith is not available, contact Shannon Jamtgaard within KI HR.  Do not submit an IT helpdesk ticket for this request.

2) KI HR will be moving the person to the ARCHIVE folder.

3) Then KI HR will run the PERSON purge to remove the person permanently.


If KI HR is unavailable, the emergency contact outside of HR is Jeff Badger.  Only in this situation should you submit an IT helpdesk ticket explaining the situation, plus document your attempts to reach (KI HR) Steve and Shannon first.
