HOW TO ACCESS 3E GENERATE VIA NEW CITRIX
Open your web browser and navigate to http://citrix.ki.com
You will be prompted by the Citrix Receiver to detect if the client is installed on your machine. Click on Detect Receiver
Agree to the Citrix license agreement by selecting the “I agree with the Citrix license agreement” checkbox, and the select Download.
When the file CitrixWorspaceApp.exe is finished downloading, open it.
NOTE: If you already have the Citrix Workspace app installed click on Already Installed.
Citrix Workspace replaces Citrix Receiver
. You can see which version you are running in the System Tray or from the control panel under Apps and Features.
The application installer should open. Click on Start to begin.
Accept the license agreement and click Install
The installer package will run. During this installation, the old Receiver client will be removed and the new Workspace client will be installed.
When the process is complete click on Finish to close the installer. We do not need to Add an Account as the client will work through the web.
Once the installation process completes, go back to your web browser @ http://citrix.ki.com and click on Continue.
You may be prompted by your web browser to open the Citrix Workspace Launcher.
You will be taken to the StoreFront page where you can sign in using your normal username and password. Once finished click Log On.
You will see a list of published applications available. Launch an application by clicking on its’ icon or title.
You may again be prompted by your web browser to Open the Citrix Workspace Launcher app.
Your application should now open with Citrix Workspace. You may be presented with a Security Warning asking if you’d like to permit your Citrix session to have access to the local files on your client. Block access will prevent your session from accessing your local files. Permit Use will allow you to open your client drives within the Citrix session. You can set an action as default if preferred.
Your application should launch and the process is complete.
