Before accessing any SSAS data cube you’ll need to make sure your account has been granted with necessary access rights. To do this you can proceed as follows: 


Go to the IT service catalog following this link https://keminind.sharepoint.com/sites/ServiceCatalog 


Click on Submit a Request 

 

 


Then select the Access Request link 

 

 


This will bring you to the Kemin IT Access request form 

 

 

 
 

Enter your data in the upper section, then select the SSAS Data Access and PowerBI App Access (1) option from the Access Request Type  menu and  tick the appropriate check box: 

  • M3 Live Data:  gives access to M3 live data database; you’ll use Power Query and Power BI to read data directly from the M3 database 
  • Sales Reporting: provides access to Sales data cube, global sales file data  and WW Sales report app on Power BI service.  
  • Nexa Reporting:  provides access to Nexa data cube. 
  • Stock Evolution: provide access to the Stock evolution data cube, WW inventory report 

After you’ve select one of more options, click the Save button; this will trigger an automatic process and you’ll be notified via an help desk ticket when your account has been provisioned with necessary access rights.
