Unlock CITRIX session.

 

  • Right click the “CITRIX Workspace” application in the system tray.

 

 

  • Click “Connection Center”.

 

 

  • Select the server connection “USKIMSDCTX2”.
  • Click “Logoff”.

 

 

  • Click “Yes” to the message, “Are you sure you want to sign out of USKIMSDCTX2?”

 

 

  • Click “Close”.

 

 

  • Go back to CITRIX and launch 3E Generate Test or Production whichever is appropriate.
