• Normal operation: Scheduled tasks start instances of the COFFEE application to find and export the SDS’s to network folders.
    1. There are individual tasks for each BU.
      • The individual tasks don’t have a trigger or a schedule as they are started by “MSDgen COFFEE”.
    2. One task, “MSDgen COFFEE”, triggers each of the individual task to run.
      • Starting at 4:39 PM everyday and every 3 hours afterwards.

  • If SDS’s are not being transferred to network folders do the following.
  • Logon to USKIMSDAP2 with the “3ecoffee” account.
  • Open the Task Scheduler.

  1. The “MSDgen COFFEE” task may still be running from the previous scheduled time.
  2. Right click and select “End”

  • Open the folder for the BU that is not receiving recently created SDS’s.
    1. Right click the “Windows Explorer” icon and then click the folder to open.

  1. Note the number of files in the folder.

  • Find the scheduled task for the BU not receiving SDS’s.
    1. Right click and select “Run”.

  • The “Scheduled Task” should run and place new SDS files in the network folder for that BU.
  • If SDS’s are still not being placed in the folder, more advanced troubleshooting may be needed.
    1. For example: Double check the folder.
      • Does it still exist or has been moved?
      • Does the user account “3ecoffee” still have access to the folder?
