- Normal operation: Scheduled tasks start instances of the COFFEE application to find and export the SDS’s to network folders.
- There are individual tasks for each BU.
- The individual tasks don’t have a trigger or a schedule as they are started by “MSDgen COFFEE”.
- One task, “MSDgen COFFEE”, triggers each of the individual task to run.
- Starting at 4:39 PM everyday and every 3 hours afterwards.
- There are individual tasks for each BU.
- If SDS’s are not being transferred to network folders do the following.
- Logon to USKIMSDAP2 with the “3ecoffee” account.
- Open the Task Scheduler.
- The “MSDgen COFFEE” task may still be running from the previous scheduled time.
- Right click and select “End”
- Open the folder for the BU that is not receiving recently created SDS’s.
- Right click the “Windows Explorer” icon and then click the folder to open.
- Note the number of files in the folder.
- Find the scheduled task for the BU not receiving SDS’s.
- Right click and select “Run”.
- The “Scheduled Task” should run and place new SDS files in the network folder for that BU.
- If SDS’s are still not being placed in the folder, more advanced troubleshooting may be needed.
- For example: Double check the folder.
- Does it still exist or has been moved?
- Does the user account “3ecoffee” still have access to the folder?
