In the article I will show you how you can solve the below issue when you try to sign an office document using an image as a signature.

Steps on how to resolve this:

1. On word click on File >> Options >> Trust Centre >> Trust Center Settings.. >>Privacy Options >> Privacy Settings. Then click on the checkbox "Enable optional connected service" then click on "OK" then click on "OK" x3.

2. Office will ask you to restart all office apps(Excel, Word, Outlook) for the changes to be applied.

3. Open office again then try signing the document with the image signature.
