If goods are on such a location like 300=>331, goods can’t be allocated, can’t be moved…

 

 

The location does not really exist. It is an indication that goods are still in transit from a DO transaction that was not completed.

 

Where to find the DO number to check, resolve the issue? Go to MMS080.

 

 

I will show a record with order category (OCT) = 511 with status 66. Right next to it you can find the DO number.

MMS100 shows the DO in status 66 => DO receipt was not reported yet, probably because the location is unknown (no default location in MMS002 in the receiving warehouse, not in the DO line,…)



Therefore DO receipt has to be received manually.

 

Select DO + option 42 DO/RO Toolbox.

Select Report DO/RO receipt - option 11.

Enter the correct location + perform receipt option 30.

The DO will go to status 99 if all DO lines have sts 99 also.

The goods are no longer in the shipping warehouse on the transit location.

Goods now are in the receiving warehouse as should be.
