Issue: Missing signature when creating new message or when replying or forwarding emails.


Root Cause: No default signature was chosen even if there is a presence of e-mail signatures.


1. In your Outlook, goto File then Options.


2. From the Outlook Options Window, select Mail.


3. Look for the section Create or modify signature for messages and click the Signature Button.


4. Please ensure that you have selected a default signature for your Signature and Stationary like the one below. .
