What if a KFT salesperson cannot view his/her own sales in KFT sales report?

This maybe caused by his/her AD account setting:

- User's account is member of "WW - BI Sales OLS"/"WW - BI Sales RLS"  security group.

- User's account is member of "KFTAP Asia Sales BI" security group which is member of "WW - BI Sales RLS" group. 

In order to solve this issue, IT has to remove has to remove user's AD account from one of the two conflicting AD security groups.
