If you have issues on joining Microsoft Teams Meeting and show up with errors such as "Connecting...." or "Sorry, we couldn't connect you."



You may try to clear the cache of Microsoft Teams by follow the step below:


Step 1. Fully close Microsoft Teams and Outlook

    a. Right click the Teams icon in your icon tray in the bottom right corner of your screen, then click Quit.


 

Step 2. While holding the Windows key and press R to open Windows Run, then copy and paste the following into the box and click OK:

    a. %appdata%\Microsoft



 

Step 3. Find the "Teams" folder, then right click it and select "Delete" the whole folder





Step 4. Relaunch Microsoft Teams and Rejoin the meeting and it will resolve the issues.
