1) Button in (live) Active library for “COPY TO MAINTENANCE”
 
    * The button is NOT available when document is in status "IN MAINTENANCE").

    * The button is available when document is in status "ACTIVE".

• Refresh the overview and when the Status has changed from ACTIVE into IN MAINTENANCE, then the BlueSheet is available in the maintenance library.

2) Button in Maintenance library for "MOVE TO LIVE"

 
    * The button is NOT available when MaintStatus is "NEW / ONGOING or ROUTING").

    * The button is only available when MaintStatus is "COMPLETED".

• The "MOVE TO LIVE" flow will send the old version of the document and meta data to Archive (from the active (live) library.
• Then it will move the new version of the document and meta data from Maintenance to the Active (live) library

3) Archive button available in LIVE.  

    Only required in exceptional cases where the doc type needs to change

    from word to excel or when the BS needs to be obsoleted (no new version to be created).

 
    * The button is NOT available when document is in status "IN MAINTENANCE").

    * The button is available when document is in status "ACTIVE".
