This Power Automate function can only be applied when small mistakes are found after final approval of the ISO document.
There is one Power Automate Flow to correct a wrongly assigned "related to" code and

another Power Automate Flow to correct a wrongly assigned "Document Type" code..

• The KAE ISO Admin(s) can start these Power Automate Flows: 
  • Use the button on the ISO maintenance site homepage:
    

• 
  • 1) Always Select NEW
  • 2) Provide the identification number of the document.
  • 3) Provide the correct value for the "Related To"/"Document Type" field
  • 4) Click "Run flow" to start Power Automate
    
    
• The Power Automate will correct the value in all related lists and libraries
  • NEW Requests list
  • Approved Working Library
  • Public ISO Document Library
    
    
• The Power Automate will register the request in the "Small ISO mistakes fixed history" list.
